What is the difference between the packages?

Each course holds a similar structure - you will receive weekly 1 on 1 calls with me and together we will design a way for you to maximize your fulfillment. Some people feel better when they are held accountable more frequently and some people only need to chat every 2 weeks. If you are unsure as to which package is best for you, book a free consultation call and we can chat about which package makes the most sense for your journey.

Is it for me?

If there is a will, there is a way. The only characteristic needed in order to grow and evolve is a willingness to do so. The H2LoveLife program is personalized for each person but that doesn't mean everyone is a good fit. We want to make sure that you are a good fit for the program and that the program is a good fit for you, that's why I offer the free consultation call where we can get to know each other and decide on whether this partnership will be rewarding for us both.

Whether you need a friend, mentor, coach or accountability partner, the H2LoveLife program offers a personalized coaching plan that is tailored to your unique journey. Throughout our weekly calls, you’ll develop a deeper connection with yourself, embrace health and wellness, and merge with your true purpose. This program encourages authentic loving and integrates practices of movement, stillness and nature.

What does a typical session involve?

Each session is tailored to your needs. Most of the time we will talk but sessions may also include guided practices of stillness, nature immersion, and physical exercises, used to deepen self-knowledge and your connection with life itself. While we get to know each other, we’ll explore your aspirations, assess your progress, and create actionable steps to move towards your inspiring life goals.

How is it personalized?

The program is highly personalized. We start by understanding your unique goals and challenges, then tailor our sessions and practices to align with your aspirations. Whether you’re looking to improve health, find purpose, or deepen your self-connection, the program adapts as you move through your journey.

Flexible country or time-zone?

Even though I am based in South Africa, The program is international. I will make time available for you no matter what time zone you are in

Length of program and frequency of sessions?

The program is flexible to accommodate your needs and goals. Typically, we work together over a series of sessions, which may be weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your preference. The length of the program and the frequency of the sessions is designed to support sustained progress and transformation within your journey. I usually encourage a flexible commitment of 3 months to the program. That will allow us time to get to know each other, create a game plan and develop some progress towards the change you are wanting to experience.

How does your coaching help with health and wellness?

My coaching approach emphasizes holistic health by nurturing both the body and mind. We focus on creating a vibrant, healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and enjoyable. Approaching ease and relief, you’ll gain tools to enhance physical well-being and develop a positive, inspired mindset that supports long-term wellness.

How does the program integrate with other practices I may be following?

The program is designed to enhance other health and wellness practices you may be engaged in. We’ll work together to ensure that our practices align harmoniously with your existing routines and goals so that you can increase momentum in all parts of your life.

Can I contact you outside of scheduled sessions?
